Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Area
We currently ship within Hong Kong only.

Shipping Fees
Orders over HK$1,200 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will be charged shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

Subscription Deliveries
Subscription orders are automatically shipped based on your selected delivery frequency (every 2, 3, or 6 months), following each successful payment.

In-Person Pickup
If you complete your purchase at a physical event or market booth, you may choose to collect your first delivery on-site.

Pre-order Items
Items marked as pre-order will ship according to the date noted on the product page. Actual delivery timing may vary depending on supplier availability.
