Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email includes a link where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders for products that are not yet in stock or not yet available. We may collect full or partial payment at checkout, and charge any remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund if there is a quality issue with the product. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
